Moreover, he has successfully advocated security clearance appeals and helped individuals prepare their security clearance paperwork ranging from SF86 applications to responses to the government's statement of reasons; he ensures their responses include and clearly reflect the appropriate mitigating facts. He is truly one of the nation's most valuable security clearance advocates. He is also one of the nations most valuable civilian attorney's advocating for military members in military matters. Not only has Mr. Green proudly served this nation as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps working as a military attorney where he handled numerous military hearings but he is an accomplished civilian attorney who has successfully advocated for military members in military matters as well as military members and military members' spouses in domestic matters. In addition, he has handled trials, mediations and emergency hearings, hearings on temporary motions in various states' courts. Mr. Green attended the University of Kansas' prestigious law school. During law school he was very active and took advantage of the school's numerous opportunities. Mr. Green is admitted to the United State's Federal Court and an active member of the State Bar of California and has historically been active in both Kansas and Washington. Mr. Green is also a member of both Los Angeles County and San Diego County BAR Associations. Mr. Green is married and has three children.
